Random failures when deploying multiple sites to WPEngine

Sometimes, when deploying multiple websites to WPEngine at the same time using SFTP, it might occasionally cause random errors. You can find more information about these errors here.

From what we have observed, these issues occur when multiple connections are opened simultaneously, resulting in an error on our side: IOError: closed stream. WPEngine has taken measures to block these multiple connections, which unfortunately prevents the deployment from proceeding.
